Gary L. Goldberg joined Saugatuck as a Partner in 2008. Prior to joining Saugatuck, Mr. Goldberg spent five years as the Founder and Managing Partner of Arch Investment Management, LLC investing in public and private debt and equity. Prior to Arch, he was recruited as President to lead the growth of GT3, Inc., a venture-backed technology company, from 2001 to 2003. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Goldberg held several senior positions at Priceline.com including VP of Operations at the company’s inception and Founder and Product Manager of the company’s Hotel and B2B products. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Deloitte Consulting’s Restructuring Services Group and as an Analyst at Prudential Investment Group.

Mr. Goldberg serves as a Director of American Pipe and Plastics, Floor & Decor Outlets of America, Inc. and Exocor Ltd.

Mr. Goldberg graduated with a B.A. in Philosophy from the Colgate University and an M.B.A. from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
